Ashlee Cherry represents employees in matters ranging from wrongful termination, disability and leave matters, wage and hour disputes, to executive compensation.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jeremy Pasternak as an Associate Attorney, Ashlee spent her third year of law school interning for the firm. She also clerked at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division in San Jose, where she focused on various civil litigation matters, including employment. In 2015, she clerked at the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement in San Francisco, where she focused on immigration litigation.
Ashlee graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in May, 2016, where she was an Emery Merit Scholarship recipient. During law school, she competed in Santa Clara Law’s Honors Moot Court Competition, served as an academic fellow for first year law students in Santa Clara Law’s Academic Success Program, and was heavily involved in the Women and Law Association.
Ashlee graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
